The ocean is the largest natural element on earth, it never sits still, and is an integral part of life. The waves of the ocean transport energy through the water and waves are everywhere, not only in but also out of the water. Just like waves, our bodies move in constant motion, it is not until one resists this natural movement by going against the wave, one will begin to be jostled and potentially turned in the wrong direction. This movement and energy resistance can lead to injury. By beginning to restore movement of these altered patterns, one will begin to ride the wave and realize the ease that the movement provides.
Wave Physical Therapy provides high quality and attentive physical therapy health care to the MetroWest community of Boston and helps individuals achieve success in the body’s performance in daily and recreational activities. Our goal is to be the primary care providers in physical therapy and wellness to the community.
Let’s begin to ride the wave.
